As a lifelong DDD watcher, there isn't a place that fits the criteria for the show more. The food is astounding. I've been there dozens of times and try never to order the same thing twice. It's creative, unique, scratch made, and the specials are always changing. Plus, they specialize in stuffed hash browns. I mean, come on! It's already a local legend in the Milwaukee area, but the rest of the country needs to be aware of this incredible place.

Blue's Egg in Milwaukee, WI. Outstanding brunch/lunch spot. Their ca Blue's Egg in Milwaukee, WI. Outstanding brunch/lunch spot. Their calamari and eggs...I know you detest liquid chicken BUT this is outstanding. They will make you just a plate of the most delish calamari if you like. They have pulled ham -- which is amazingly juicy but not salty but porky and yummy. Maple bacon cookies and Bloody Mary's with this thick slice local bacon. Homemade English muffins, roast turkey on naan with cranberry relish or their reuben is to die for with BEET slaw. You have to come -- if for no other reason to meet a person with my name!
