The Burger Dive was founded in September of 2010. Since then we have consistently been ranked at the top of Billings restaurants. In 2014 we won the Best of the Bash at the Food Network Sobewff Burger Bash. In 2016 we won the World Burger Championship at the World Food Championships. This led to a 2017 appearance on Man v Food. In 2017 we placed 5th in the world burgerchampionship. Most recently, in 2026, The Burger Dive was named America's Best Burger by the64.com after winning an online tournament. The Burger Dive was heavily inspired by Triple D. I was watching an episode and saw a place called Taylor's Refresher, later Gotts Roadside. This episode planted the idea of opening a creative Burger place in Billings. It's been a dream ever since to appear on Diners Drive ins and Dives.
