The best is probably the Czech Goulash! With a side of dumplings, sauerkraut, and a tall pint of Pilsner Urquell, it can't get any better! The cabbage, schnitzel, and chicken are out of this world. Sadly, times change, and the restaurant is closing it's doors in September due to lagging business. The exposure from your show could potentially save this place that would be traffic for the city to lose. For those of us who grew up on their fantastic food, it's heartbreaking. Yes, Guy, I am begging. Please go to the Bohemian Cafe and help change an entire city for the better.
