Hi I am Lauren I am recommending shorty's dinner in Williamsburg Virginia they have the best biscuits and gravy in town.they are known for there burgers and they have a ice cream stand I come here every week and leave her ever time loving this place please come here.

When you get to the diner, you feel like family. There is a constant hustle and bustle inside, the staff is extremely friendly and interactive with the patrons. The restaurant is always busy with repeat customers of all ages. They serve breakfast and lunch from 6 AM to 2 PM. If you try to go on the weekend, you would need to get there early because there’s always a line. Their food is absolutely delicious especially their burgers and their fries. They have a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. We live an hour and a half away and always make a special trip to go there several times a year for the food and for the interaction with the staff. The owner is a wonderful gentleman who is out there greeting people, talking with them, and helps clean the tables. The desserts are always a big hit with everyone. The diner reminds you of stepping back in time to the late 50s or 60s or early 70’s. We enjoy everything we’ve been served from there. Shorty’s diner is a place you should visit to relive a true diner experience.
Stopped here for lunch while in Williamsburg (I live about hr away from it). This place is old-timey and unique, has great food and staff. The portions are BIG and the prices are not. The menu selection has anything you could want.
