Triton Seafood restaurant in Downingtown, PA. Owned by John Marsh of Coatesville, PA. He has a degree in electrical engineering as well a law degree. His restaurant serves "Calabash-style seafood, a la Calabash, N.C., the "seafood capital of the world." All of his fish and seafood is fresh only. He also has the best hush puppies I have ever eaten. His menu includes fresh shrimp, catfish, flounder, tilapia and frog legs. Last week they even had bone in Croaker and Porgies. Totally crab, no fill crab cakes (broiled or fried) are very good and reasonably priced. Fried okra, fried dill pickles, onion rings, fried calamari ( all breaded in original or salt & pepper batter) are in the appetizers section. Collard green, red beans & rice, dirty rice, sweet potato pie, key lime pie and pecan pies round out the rest of the menu.
