Hong Kong Island in San Antonio, Texas. After more than 20 years as a restaurant manager, it takes a lot for any asian restaurant to impress me. However, this one did it. I was traveling in San Antonio when I went looking for a place to eat. After looking at several places online reviews, I found the reviews for this little place. All were positive. I went to find hand made dumplings and egg rolls. All the food is made to order. Only has 8 tables. The food is great! Not your typical asian food taste experience. Taking to a whole different level here. Guy... you gotta check this place out.
