I recommend Mitchell's BBQ in Cheyenne, WY. It is a true treasure in Cheyenne. They have some of the best BBQ that i have had in this part of the country. They have great brisket and pulled pork. They also have good Shrimp Po Boy sandwiches and Philly steak sandwiches.
