Hoff's Grill at 121 North Long Street in Salisbury, NC. (704) 870-2577. Hoff's serves a "World Famous Pork Chop Sandwich" that puts the Snappy Lunch in Mount Airy, NC to shame. You have to get it with mustard, chili, and slaw. They use Lexington style BBQ slaw which is red in color and vinegar based. It makes a sandwich much better than cole slaw. Hoff's also serves batter dipped french fries on the side which are awesome as well. Hoff's started out in Lexington, NC and the moved to a food truck which was well worth following around. Now they have another permanent home in Salisbury. I go at least twice a month to get a pork chop sandwich. Hoff's pork chop sandwich is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. If you don't try it, you are really missing out.

I recently visited Salisbury, NC and ran across a cool place called HO I recently visited Salisbury, NC and ran across a cool place called HOFF'S Grill "home of the famous Pork Chop Sandwich". So I stopped in and I must say it is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The Pork Chop was so tender and full of flavor. I will come back to this grill anytime I am in Salisbury. The people are really nice and the owners are awesome. I would definitely say to go there and give em a try. SSG Pasqual Bertucci (US Army)
