Black Pig in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Why you ask? Because Chef Rob Hurrie had a very successful restaurant called Margaux that had many out-of-towners, as well as hometown folks, giving high accolades. Then when the economy dropped in 2009, Chef Rob reinvented the restaurant to make it more available to the area, but still kept the uniqueness and taste the main focus. That's when the Black Pig was open. Chef Rob has a great story along with a great restaurant. Please check him out and feel free to call me with any questions and/or more information.     Black Pig, Sheboygan, Wisconsin Hi Guy, Big fan of your show and a Black Pig, Sheboygan, Wisconsin Hi Guy, Big fan of your show and a big fan of great food. I've been blessed to have experienced some awesome dining experiences with my career and working with restaurants. I totally understand that life and the passion/pride chefs have. Which is why I'm writing to you about the Black Pig. Chef Rob Hurrie has built a successful career exposing this small community to great food, fresh ingredients and house-made. I'll be at Caesar's for The Grand Tasting in April, so if you want to meet and chat more about the crazy good eats in Sheboygan, let me know.
