Black Pig in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Why you ask? Because Chef Rob Hurrie had a very successful restaurant called Margaux that had many out-of-towners, as well as hometown folks, giving high accolades. Then when the economy dropped in 2009, Chef Rob reinvented the restaurant to make it more available to the area, but still kept the uniqueness and taste the main focus.
