Fat Patties in Beaufort, SC is an excellent burger joint that Triple D Fat Patties in Beaufort, SC is an excellent burger joint that Triple D should check out! They have tons of specialty burgers that can be ordered on one of five patties (beef, 1/2bacon 1/2beef, shrimp, turkey or black bean). They also house make Rosemary and sea salt fries, and homemade BBQ chips. It is located right outside Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and is always packed, especially around the times that recruits have their graduations. They also host special events such as having a "Brew Day" where people show up to brew specialty beers. They also serve homemade ice creams and "adult only" versions of ice creams and milk shakes. It is definitely a place worth checking out. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing, delicious and homemade.
