"Tootsie's Diner in Coraopolis, PA"
Dear Guy, I write to you as an owner operator of my first Diner, I would like to tell you the story behind it. I was a Vice President of a very large Real Estate title insurance Company for 25 years I lost my job in 2008 because of the market the Company closed. Never really happy with any job I had after that and there were a few, my cousin and I decided to buy a Diner together this past winter. We opened January 17th 2015. I'm the happiest ii have been in a very long time! The name of the Diner is Tootsie's Diner in Coraopolis Pennsylvavia. It is named after my mother who is the heart and soul behind the Diner. My mom is the strongest person I know. She lives with my husband and I and our 3 dogs. 19 years ago I lost my sister and she lost her daughter at the young age of 32, 2 years later I lost my Dad and she lost her husband, 7 months later my grandmother past away her mother. With all of that being said mom will turn 80 years old this coming June. I wanted to do something special for her! I know we are a brand new Diner but everything is homemade. My mother makes the meatballs, the daily soups, the biscuits for the sausage gravy & biscuits. Also the corned beef for the corn beef hash. We have several different items on the menu like breakfast tacos and breakfast Burritos with our homemade salsa. She would love nothing more than to meet you and for you to come visit our Diner. This a heartfelt request please consider coming to our Diner and making my mother (Tootsies) a very happy woman! Thanks for your time and the consideration. Coleen
