Hi Food Network! I'm here to let you you guys know of a great restaurant called Cowboy Bar and Grill located in Felton, California. A small mountain town on the outskirts of Santa Cruz. Cowboy Bar and grill has a great variety of heat warming, and mouth watering comfort food. I absolutely love to get the Nasty Ned! On the bottom later, there is a warm delicious, homemade cornbread layered with tangy amazing pulled pork and to top it off with a tangy kick of a jalapeño glaze! It's amazing! Cowboy Bar & Grill in Felton, US Dog-Friendly beneath the beautiful redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains. Gorgeous! This family-run (father/daughter/german shepherds) restaurant has an awesome menu on a daily basis, but on his days off (Tuesdays) the owner also hosts occasional tasting parties with music and all the food and booze you can handle! There was the Casamigos event and my favorite the bourbon tasting with bourbon centric dishes! I've been eating here for 15 years and go at least 4 - 8 times a week (lunches and dinners). Yup. That's true. Full disclosure my Siberian Husky Sasha (she knows how to say your name! Fierrrriiiii) is the girlfriend of the owner's massive Shepherds. I would recommend the "Fire in the hole" wings, The Pig Wings, True Grits Ranch Steak with Gorgonzola Cream, Steak of Redemption with Bourbon Cherries, The Ollies, The Specials, oh hell EVERYTHING! Oh and its right next door to the Bigfoot museum :)
