"I have a list! All of them are in Jacksonville, FL"

Anonymous

I have a list! All of them are in Jacksonville, Fl! - Green Man Gourmet - Not a restaurant but a shop that carries locally made foods and drinks. Beer, wine, olive oil, chocolates, and so much more! My favorite is a mesquite smoked sea salt, just a pinch kicks any dish up. The owners are wonderful people. - Mossfire Grill - Their Spinach and Chicken Quesadilla is the bomb! The owner makes delicious cookies and out of this world pumpkin cheesecake in the fall! - b.b.'s restaurant- These folks don't get enough credit. Their food is a fresh as possible, they have a good wine list, and their dessert case is the most brightly lit thing in the place. Hands down, one of my favorite places in Jax! it's not just the food, it's an experience with the food. Try the polenta styxx and the bistro steak sandwich! - Bagel Love - Little shop in Avondale area of Jacksonville, humble but rocking big, unique flavors. I never thought honey and vanilla went together till I tried one of their bagels and there is much much more I have not tried yet! - Dreamette Creamery - One of the oldest ice cream shops in Jax and you must pay cash, Huge variety of flavors and a big community favorite - Maple Street Biscuit Company - Not your momma's biscuits and gravy! All biscuits are made FRESH from scratch and they have about 30 or 40 ways of serving them, Barely been open a year but they have become a community favorite. - Candy Apple Cafe - The vision of two seperate successful business owners, one a caterer and one a candy store owner. the food is creative but classy and the decor looks like the Mad Hatter's tea party, Bacon caramel apple? Yes please. - Black Sheep- All my Canadian buddies swear their poutine is legit. - Kickbacks - Open late with everything from ramen noodles to pierogis and a massive selection of beer. Their is a steampunk back section that got added last year. - Lola's Burrito Gallery - I am a quesadilla nut and I can barely finish their quesadilla. Nice tequila selection, empanadas are yum, and their dark and stormy cocktail is delish. - Orsay - One of the few French restaurants in Jax, their cocktail menu is creative and delicious. Food is just wow. There are so many little nooks and crannies in Jacksonville alone but I am glad you covered The Metro and 13 Gypsies. Come back to Jax!
