Vinh Long Vietnamese restaurant in Nashville, TN. The beef and carrot stew is to die for, though, everything on the menu is delicious. It is small and quaint and everything a dive should be. Family owned and operated. Once a year they go on vacation for a couple weeks and the restaurant is closed. It is a very sad time for the rest of us. I don't really want an episode there because of how busy they will get, but they deserve the success it would bring. If nothing else, go enjoy the stew and thank me later. 😊
