Black Iron Eats in Plugerville, texas right outside of austin makes the best bbq eats! it's a new, small restuarant that is already expanding it's location and it's hours to allow their huge amount of fans to get in to eat their favorites. brisquette green chili mac and cheese. the kitchen sink breakfast sandwich. homemade bisquits and sausage gravy. pulled pork and pork or beef rib sandwich, brisquette bon mi, burned end specialtys, homemade smoked ham. Turkey reuban sandwiches,. everything makes you want to order one for here and one to go. Did I mention the brisquette breakfast hash or the fried green tomatoes? this place has everything (even though the menu seems small -it's different every week) And it's all absolutely delicious. we eat here at least twice a week and it's always wonderful. the first time we set foot in this place we knew it was destined to be on DDD. Please don't let us down. You know you want to come back to Austin. We have more for you in Pflugerville and Round Rock as well. Like Pecan Street Station right down the street.
