John Hardys BBQ in Rochester, MN
My hometown of Rochester, Minnesota is famous for the Mayo clinic but all I think about when I think of Rochester is Hardy's BBQ. I never met the owner, John Hardy as he died in 1986, but his menu has remained pretty much the same over the years. There are 2 locations now and the NW location which is my favorite is the perfect dive for your show. When I watch your show I always hope one day that Hardy's will be on it. I hope you will have someone take a look and check it out!

So if you're ever in the Rochester, Minnesota area you should check out John Hardy's Bar-B-Q. It's a great little spot where you can get your meat on top of jo-jo potatoes and your choice of 6 different heat level sauces and tasty sides like coleslaw, okra, and beans. I live in California but I try my best to make a special trip every time I get back to Minnesota to visit extended family.
