Casa Manana Restaurant in Safford, AZ
I live in Ohio now, but I grew up in Safford, Arizona.Without a doubt, Safford and the Gila Valley are home to the best Mexican restaurants in the whole USA. Please consider doing an episode in any number of restaurants. I suggest Casa Manana in Safford, La Paloma in Solomon for sure. On my last visit, I saw that the chamber of commerce has a "Salsa Trail". This is a guide to the area's Mexican cuisine. You could do a whole episode from the Salsa Trail.
