I have searched all of Austin, TX to find the best plate of pad Thai and I found it. Coat and Thai is a food truck in the heart of Austin, it has the most authentic delicious Thai food. When I came home from college, it was the first place I would go to. The spice is always perfect and the grilled shrimp mixed in is always beautiful. It’s served with a fresh lime and peanuts on the side to serve yourself, but truly it’s the perfect styrofoam plate of pad Thai.
