Timmy's Brown Bag - in a tiny kitchen Timmy cooks up many unique sandwiches. Some include taster tots or chicken nuggets or spam. Has Vietnamese, Indian and Chinese Sandwiches too.Unusual fries such as curry fries, truffle fries or truffle tater tots. Coney corn dog sandwich, coney mustard relish,romaine, Timmys chili con queso, 2 corn dogs, timmys chili con carne beans, heirloom cherry tomatoes on ciabatta. Chicken pollo nugget cordon blue with yellow mustard, ham and Swiss. Crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jelly with apple fritter, Nutella, Honey roasted peanuts on Texas toast brioche. Tex Mex sloppy Joe with Fritos, chili-con-Queso, jalapeño, carrot escabeche slaw, hatch green chili aioli on brioche bun. Smoked paprika limeade crinkle fries with French onion soup aioli. Small hole in the wall,in the creek side mall (which is about a quarter of a block long) in downtown Placerville, Ca. And Timmy is really funny...you have to listen to the message on the answering machine. Recently written up in AAA as a place not to miss. Too many items to mention. Worth a try!
